Halloween this year meant a nightime hayride with Uncle Randy, Aunt Missy and Shyla with Aunt Missy's family near Elton. Shyla wore a Beaver costume for her First Halloween honoring her belonging to the Beaver clan, one of seven different clans of the Coushatta tribe. 
The whole family enjoyed themselves dispite the giant mosquitoes ( just look Above Shyla's head in the photo of her on Missy's Lap!). Afterwards Shyla's other grandmother had a big pot of stew and Indian Fry bread for supper!
