The ground hog saw 6 more months of....

Misty. We had court this week, even though every other Parish was closed due to predicted ice storms. The Judge left Misty and her brother in the custody of the State for 6 more months. The state gives the parents time to complete the plan set up by the state. I don't know what specificly was outlined in the plan as I was not the foster parent during that meeting. I'm guessing parenting classes, drug rehab and anger management were required. One of her parents REFUSED during court to particapate in the court ordered activities. We got to meet the kids lawyer and she was hoping we were adoption minded, as she has a feeling which way this case would go... That is as vague as I can be...
