Grandma was putting up the christmas wrapping paper and Misty spyed my old(over 30 years old) Life size Crissy baby doll in the Attic and wanted it! She was stored in the Attic for at least 20 years and she really was well loved when I had her as a child. I must have gotten her for Christmas in 1975. Crissy has a string on the back that if you pull it her long hair becomes short. She was dirty and her hair was a mess. Loryn said it was creepy, and would not let me put her near her. Crissy was naked and Grandma pulled out an old baby onesie of Autumn's and dressed her. After a few days I could not stand looking at her in that condition and took a comb to her long hair, and braided it. She is quite big for a baby doll, the size of a 6-9 omonth old baby and I was fine playing with it as a 9 and 10 year old girl, but Misty is tiny... Very tiny and wears 18 month clothes herself so Crissy is a handful for her!
Loryn was never a doll girl, or a toy girl either at that age. She would push around a shopping cart or a baby buggy, and might put the baby in the cart or buggy, but that is the extent of her doll playing. Loryn also never set down long enough to have a book read to her, so Misty is a whole differnt kind of kid.
