My brother, Scott was visiting us from California and he really wanted to eat some boiled crawfish before he left. Since the season has just started, most places were only open for the weekend, but it was a Tuesday night. My Sister in Law, Missy heard that a place in Lafayette called Crawfish Time was open that eveing so we packed up three cars and drove althe way out there. We were a bit surprized to see that it was a drive through place, but they had one table and were happy to pull in enough chairs. The table is made with a hole in the middle so that you can place your crawfish peels in the can underneath. They were not as nice as our favorite place , D.I.'s, and since the season had just started, they were small, but easy to peel!

Oh my lord, I am sitting here, wiping the drool from my mouth............
I have never eaten a crawfish, and am not sure I'd be able to bring myself to do it! :-)
