These photos were take about 3 years ago... nothing has changed except the girl...She has gotten older.
This is the view from the front of my house...Yes, I live right next door to a grain dryer. right now is the Noisy season...Rice harvest means wet rice must be dried before storage. Have you ever rode on an airplane, right on the wing, and listened to the constant roar of the jet engines? That is what it sounds like at my house right now. In my bedroom, all day and all night....You get used to it....It is white noise.
The gas burners and electric fans blow warm air into the silo and remove the moisture from the rice...otherwise it would rot.
These photos also prove I live in the flattest place on earth...no dips or swells. Flat as the eye can see....
