BedsteMor made a tradional Danish pork roast with the crunchy crackling skin on top, boiled potatoes, tiny new potatoes browned in butter(BedsteFar dug them out of the garden yesterday
) , red cabbage and lots of gravy for Benny's goodbye dinner. Benny is always sad when He has to say goodbye to his friends and family.
